How does an air purifier work?

How can I return or replace an order I have already placed?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, or if an item is unsuitable, it can be returned for a refund within 30 days from date of purchase. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer. If any part requires repair during the first 30 days after receiving your air purifier or other products due to manufacturer defect, then PureMate will replace it with a new unit.

What if my replacement order is out of stock now?
We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from the customer, PureMate reserves the right to cancel the order.
How quickly will my order arrive?

All Ireland orders are dispatched within 1 working day and will be sent by secure courier, unless otherwise requested when you place your order. Normal delivery hours are between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
One Hour – Window Delivery By DPD;
If the one hour window or the day is not convenient for you there is an option on the email that comes from DPD which allows you to select another day. If DPD tries and deliver to you and you are out, they will try and deliver to a neighbour rather than call again another day. If that is not possible then the driver will re-deliver to you the next working day.
DPD will give you a tracking number so you will be able to follow the progress of your delivery on-line via www.dpd.co.uk.
